Sheena Kilpatrick: Has been teaching fitness classes since 1997. She graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education. Sheena went on to complete her 500 hour Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga Instructor in India. She also also completed additional 50 hours of yoga training in Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark, 20 hours in Restorative Yoga and 75 hours in Pre and Post Natal Yoga. She is also a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor and Exercise Physiologist (CSEP) and Personal Trainer. Sheena is an Instructor Trainer with the Manitoba Fitness Council offering many courses across the province. She also teaches a 200 hour Canadian Yoga Alliance instructor program.
